When you're enjoying a bonfire with your VARGO Hexagon Wood Stove, have you noticed that the bottom of the wood stove gradually becomes warped?

With further use, the warping becomes more severe, making it seem like twigs and ashes might fall out...

That's where the Ti impact port comes in.

We've created a firewood loading port that utilizes the ventilation holes in the bottom of the Hexagon Wood Stove.
Don't think it's just a titanium plate; by angling the stove body and the plate, you can stably load firewood and twigs into the warped bottom without any problems. Not only does creating a gap between the stove's bottom and the plate allow for easier airflow, further improving combustion efficiency.

While the original design is flat, you can customize it to your liking by bending the two insertion sections downwards with pliers.

When used in conjunction with our wood stove grate, the Bottom Plate Titan, you can enjoy the outdoors safely without dropping ashes or embers into the field.
The design, which does not detract from the VARGO's rugged appearance, is unique to iDeak Lab.

1. Titanium is used to match the wood stove body.
To match the original, titanium, a high-quality material, is used, and the entire production, including the materials, is outsourced in Tsubame City, Niigata Prefecture. High-precision laser processing technology eliminates processes such as deburring, resulting in a smooth surface finish, and a sandblasting process is also applied to ensure a beautiful appearance.

2. The titanium remains 1.5mm thick.
The thickness was set at 1.5mm to take into account thermal deformation during use. You can also enjoy the gradual change in titanium's unique rainbow color with each use.

3. We've also taken combustion efficiency and cleanup into consideration.
The plate catches ash that falls from the wood stove body, while providing an excellent gap between the stove body and the plate for improved air intake. When used in conjunction with the Bottom Pleat Titan, combustion efficiency is further improved.

4. Compact enough to fit into the original VARGO case.
Crafted to fit into the original case that comes with the Hexagon Wood Stove.
